Welcome to Pick N Drop Laundry. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website or any of our services. By accessing our site or utilizing our laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services, you agree to these terms. This agreement is legally binding between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Pick N Drop Laundry (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to all services provided and may be updated without prior notice. Pick N Drop Laundry offers professional laundry and garment care services across Los Angeles and surrounding areas. While we take great care in handling your garments, the cleaning process inherently carries certain risks. You acknowledge that items may experience normal wear, shrinkage, fading, or damage due to fabric makeup, manufacturing flaws, or previous treatments. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains or odors.

We are not liable for damage resulting from standard procedures when garments lack proper care labeling or are incorrectly labeled by manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability: If any item is lost or damaged due to proven negligence by Pick N Drop Laundry, we may offer compensation at our discretion, not to exceed the lesser of the item’s fair replacement value or $200 per order. Claims must be submitted in writing within three (3) days of delivery with supporting documentation. Claims made after this period will not be honored. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Items Not Accepted: We are not responsible for specialty garments such as “dry clean only,” leather, suede, silk, wool, or other delicate materials unless explicitly approved in writing. We reserve the right to reject items contaminated with bed bugs, mold, hazardous waste, or excessive filth and may apply surcharges or refuse service in such cases.

Pickups and Deliveries: Customers must ensure laundry is placed at the agreed pickup location on time. Missed pickups due to inaccessible or unsafe conditions may result in fees. We are not responsible for items left unattended. We may reschedule pickups or deliveries due to weather, holidays, traffic, or other unforeseen events.

Abandoned Items: Items unclaimed after 30 days of service completion will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or donate abandoned items with no further liability.

Payment Terms: Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept Square, ACH, and checks. Invoices may follow a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cycle. Late payments may result in fees or service suspension.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed pickups without notice may result in fees. We may suspend or cancel service for safety, repeated
missed pickups, or payment issues.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must inspect garments prior to submission and remove all personal items. We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged in the laundry process. You confirm all items are safe to clean and free from hazardous materials.

Privacy and Website Use: By using our website, you agree not to interfere with its operation or security. Your personal data is protected per our privacy policy, though no system is guaranteed to be 100%
secure.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, and you waive your right to a jury trial or class action.
