I had a great experience with Pick n Drop. I used them for big blankets and comforters that were too bulky for my machines. They also dry cleaned a down comforter. It was super easy to schedule a pick up online. Their prices are also listed online which is convenient. Additionally, they are available by phone or text which was important to me as I like to have a person to reach out to right away should I have any questions or issues. They communicated well and let me know when they'd be arriving. After my pickup, I got an e-mail with the price of my laundry bundle and a link to pay online. Clothes were done sooner than expected and they let me know when they were on their way. They were folded neatly in nice bags. First time customers also get a discount which was a nice gesture! Wow I just want to thank George for creating this service. I have been using Pick n Drop at least twice a month for all my dry cleaning, and this has been happening for the past 7 months. I'm very satisfied with their services. A friend recommended Pick N Drop when I had a dress that my local dry cleaners refused to clean(no idea why, they provided bad service too). I was sooooo impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and obviously great services. Thank you thank you and again thank you!!! I don't have to settle for just any dry cleaner anymore.
