How do I pay for service?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. Commercial clients can set up invoicing and business accounts.

How does your laundry pickup and delivery service work?

It’s simple! Schedule a pickup online, bag your clothes, and we’ll pick them up at your door. We wash, dry, fold, and return them within 24–48 hours.

What areas do you serve for residential laundry?

We cover most of Los Angeles County, from Simi Valley (west) to Pasadena (east), Granada Hills (north) to Santa Monica (south), including Burbank, Studio City, Glendale, and more.

How much does residential laundry service cost?

Everyday laundry is just $3.25 per pound with a $50 minimum order. Specialty items like comforters, dresses, and suits are priced per item.

Do I need to separate laundry and dry cleaning?

Yes, just bag them separately and label them. We’ll handle everything from wash & fold to dry cleaning with care.

Do you offer same-day laundry service?

Yes, rush service is available in select areas. Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours.

Do you use eco-friendly detergents?

Absolutely. We offer eco-friendly, hypoallergenic detergent options for families who prefer a green alternative.

 Verified I had a great experience with Pick n Drop. I used them for big blankets and comforters that were too bulky for my machines. They also dry cleaned a down comforter. It was super easy to schedule a pick up online. Their prices are also listed online which is convenient. Additionally, they are available by phone or text which was important to me as I like to have a person to reach out to right away should I have any questions or issues. They communicated well and let me know when they'd be arriving. After my pickup, I got an e-mail with the price of my laundry bundle and a link to pay online. Clothes were done sooner than expected and they let me know when they were on their way. They were folded neatly in nice bags. First time customers also get a discount which was a nice gesture!  Everything came out beautifully and neat and folded. Thank you Pick n Drop Laundry for being so wonderful!

 Verified Wow I just want to thank George for creating this service. I have been using Pick n Drop at least twice a month for all my dry cleaning, and this has been happening for the past 7 months. I'm very satisfied with their services. A friend recommended Pick N Drop when I had a dress that my local dry cleaners refused to clean(no idea why, they provided bad service too). I was sooooo impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and obviously great services. Thank you thank you and again thank you!!! I don't have to settle for just any dry cleaner anymore.
