TERMS OF SALE
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
These terms apply to all purchases from Pick N Drop Laundry.
1. Services Offered We provide wash & fold, dry cleaning, and laundry delivery services, based on availability in your area.
2. Pricing & Payment Pricing is based on weight, service type, and delivery needs. Payment is due upon service completion. Invoices are emailed per your billing cycle.
3. Order Acceptance We may reject or cancel orders for safety reasons, improper packaging, or
capacity issues.
4. Refunds & Credits Refunds or credits may be issued for verified loss or damage, capped at $200 or
the fair value of the item. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
5. Customer Responsibilities You’re responsible for submitting cleanable items, properly bagged, and
free of valuables or sharp/hazardous items.
6. Missed Pickups Missed pickups due to access issues may incur a fee. We’re not responsible for
items left unattended per customer instructions.
7. Sales Tax Applicable California sales taxes will be applied to all invoices.
8. Force Majeure We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control
(weather, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
9. Governing Law These terms follow California law. All disputes are subject to binding arbitration in
Los Angeles County.
