Most of Downtown lives in apartment towers and converted lofts, and plenty of those units come with a tiny stacked washer or none at all. If you’d rather not spend an evening in the building’s laundry room, wash and fold is a simple fix.
Buildings in South Park, Bunker Hill and the Financial District usually have a concierge or a package room, which makes the handoff easy: tell us your building’s rules and we’ll follow them. In the Historic Core and the Arts District, many lofts have a buzzer and no lobby staff, so let us know whether to call up or meet you at the door. Loading zones on Spring, Main and Broadway fill quickly, and a wider window gives the driver more room to work with.
Little Tokyo and the blocks around the Arts District are full of small offices and studios too. If your business needs regular pickups, ask about our commercial service.
A lot of people move Downtown for the commute, not the closet space. Studio and one-bedroom units rarely have room for a drying rack, and the shared laundry room in an older conversion can be several floors away. Sending sheets, towels and work clothes out once a week keeps the apartment clear, and dress shirts come back pressed and ready for Monday.

Package room rules
Some buildings only accept deliveries at certain hours or need your name on a list. Check with your front desk once and add the rules to your booking notes.
Loading zones
Downtown streets have short loading zones that fill quickly. If your building has a garage entrance or side door the driver can use, mention it.
Work week laundry
Pressed shirts for Monday and a full bag of gym clothes by Wednesday is a familiar Downtown routine. A midweek pickup keeps both under control.
