How Laundry Pick Up and Delivery Works
Fill in the form above and you’re booked. Choose a pickup date and time window, tell us roughly how many bags of everyday laundry and how many dry cleaning items you have, and say whether you want same-day turnaround. Add gate codes, parking tips or care instructions in the notes.
On pickup day we text you when the driver is on the way. Back at our facility we weigh your wash and fold, count your dry cleaning and email your invoice with a link to pay online. Your order comes back to your door within 24 to 48 hours, or the same day if you added same-day turnaround.
Choosing a Pickup Window
Pickups run Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 4 PM. Pick a two-hour window (8–10 AM, 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM or 2–4 PM), or choose 8 AM–12 PM or 12–4 PM if you don’t mind exactly when we arrive.
Same-day pickup is available on weekdays. We don’t pick up on weekends, and our office is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, if you’d rather book by phone at (310) 710-3084.
Getting Your Laundry Ready for Pickup
Any sturdy bag or basket works. Put everyday laundry in one bag and dry cleaning in another, or label them so we know which is which. Empty pockets, and note stains, delicate items or a detergent preference when you book.
Comforters, blankets and rugs can go out in the same pickup; they’re priced by item rather than by weight. If you won’t be home, leave everything at the door, by the gate, with staff or at your building’s front desk.

We pick up from homes, apartments and offices across the San Fernando Valley, Hollywood, the Westside, Downtown LA and Pasadena, and delivery is free everywhere we go. Neighborhoods we cover include Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Toluca Lake, North Hollywood, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

Yes. Same-day pickup is available Monday to Friday, based on availability. Choose today’s date in the form and the earliest window that works for you.
Do you pick up on weekends?
