What Happens After You Request a Quote
Once you send the form, we review your business type, volume and the items you need cleaned, then get back to you by phone or email during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We confirm the details, answer questions about fabrics or special handling, and put together pricing for your account.
When you’re happy with the quote, we agree your pickup days and delivery window, assign your dedicated account manager and schedule the first pickup. From then on, pickups run on your schedule and invoices arrive by email.
What to Include in Your Request
The more detail you give us, the closer the quote will be. It helps to tell us:
- Roughly how many pounds of laundry you send, and how often
- The mix of items: flat linens, towels, uniforms, costumes or dry-clean-only pieces
- Which days suit you for pickup and whether you need morning or afternoon delivery
- Folding, hanging or packaging preferences, and anything that needs special care
- Event dates, seasonal peaks or more than one location
How Commercial Laundry Is Priced
Every business account gets custom rates. The main factors are your volume, the mix of items, how often we pick up and how fast you need things back. Flat linens and towels cost less to process than pressed uniforms or dry-clean-only costumes, and regular, predictable volume brings the rate down.
Contract and bulk discounts are available, and standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours, with 24-hour turnaround available on request.
Businesses We Work With
Hotels mostly need bed linens and bath towels cleaned. Restaurants and caterers send tablecloths, napkins and aprons, and gyms and spas send towels by the bag. We also clean dealer jackets and staff uniforms for casinos, and costumes and wardrobe for theaters and productions.

Yes. Costumes and delicate wardrobe are dry cleaned and pressed, and you can note fabrics, beading or embellishments that need special handling.
